I don't know what historical document u have read, but what I know is that Nicean and Constantinople creed didn't create Trinity but did happen to confront these people who were saying that God is not triune in nature, Jesus himself said that we should be baptized in the name of the Father, The Son and the Holy Ghost, and he said it long before the Creeds took place, refer to the word in Matthew 28,19, and John 10,30 Jesus himself declared that he and the Father are one, so Nicean creed was there to confront Arius who was twisting the things that Scriptures shed light unto
