The Mulenge tribe formally from Rwanda or rather of Tutsi origin and now squatting in a stateless status in DRC. The latter being susceptible to recruitment by among others Rwandese power actors and other anti-congo detractors. If the above sticking points can be thoroughly be brought to the fore of the deliberations like the one in DC there will not be a recurrence of fighting.
